  • Implement and maintain payroll systems for timely, accurate payroll.
  • Calculate commissions monthly and quarterly per compensation plans.
  • Reconcile commissions payouts with bookings and revenue; resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate annual updates to the Commissions Plan.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and wage/hour laws.
  • Prepare and maintain records and reports of payroll transactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
  • 2+ years in payroll, commissions or accounting operations.
  • Payroll processing in multi-state/global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, data analysis.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct, Rippling, Tipalti, Carta, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.
