Commission Cycle Operations: Lead end-to-end quarterly commission cycle (data prep, validation, calculations)
Track inputs from regional managers and stakeholders.
Ensure timely completion within a ~20-day commission cycle.
Maintain structured documentation of calculations, assumptions, outputs.
CRM & Data Operations: support workflows across Power BI, Excel, Looker, and Salesforce.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and on-time outputs.

🎯 Requirements

2-5 years of experience in operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or similar.
Experience with Salesforce (reporting, data handling; not admin-level required).
Familiarity with BI tools like Looker and Power BI; basic usage suffices.
Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, structured models, high attention to detail).
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a structured environment.
