📋 Description

• Lead strategic retail channel launches across key goals.
• Gatekeep the retail stage-gate process; coordinate cross-functional timelines.
• Develop subject matter expertise across the launch lifecycle.
• Identify gaps in processes and create long-term solutions.
• Motivate teams and ensure delivery of targets and deadlines.
• Hybrid role based in Marina del Rey; require 3 days on-site.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years in strategy/consulting, engineering, or analytics (e-commerce/startups preferred).
• Experience using Monday.com, Asana, or Jira.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under deadlines.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
