- Fluent in AI-assisted engineering: Claude Code, Cursor, Vercel, LLM APIs.
- Can point to shipped products with real users; adoption metrics matter.
- Explain how features drive business outcomes in plain language.
- Clear communication with non-engineers (Sales, Partnerships).
