Coordinate with support, product, and engineering to meet customer needs
Create technical docs for DevOps, implementations, and services

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years software or sales engineer mgmt in SAAS/open source/enterprise
Post-sales/support background with aptitude for technical sales
Strong understanding of cloud trends and open source business models
Excellent listening and communication skills
Capability to lead discussions with PMs, engineers, and executives; startup mindset
Bonus: Docker, Linux, CD/CI; Kubernetes or DC/OS/Mesos knowledge
