📋 Description

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear logs at front desk for people and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; record data on incidents.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience as door staff or in receptionist/customer service role.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain Illinois PERC and related training.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
