📋 Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of commercial AEs in high-velocity sales
  • Define and implement a repeatable commercial sales motion and playbook
  • Establish regular forecasting practices for the commercial segment

  • Coaching skills with a track record of developing early-career sales talent
  • Experience with PLG/velocity sales cycles
  • Experience building sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting systems
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build structure in a new segment
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with GTM leadership, RevOps, Marketing, and Finance
