🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven success in cold calling and multi-channel outreach.
  • Proficiency with sales engagement and AI-powered platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven reporting.
  • Highly organized, proactive; able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Tech-curious; quick to learn new software and tools.
