๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Reactively support CS and Client Sales on paid SaaS cycles, leading complex deals.
  • Engage with existing customers to drive SaaS upsell and increase stickiness.
  • Conduct product demos and provide technical expertise to prospects.
  • Collaborate with CSEs, CSMs, and Solution Consultants for seamless sales processes.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to hit targets; log CRM activity.
  • Based in New York City; hybrid with at least three in-office days per week (Mon, Wed, Thu).

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B software sales experience.
  • 1+ years outbound prospecting experience.
  • Experience leading SaaS product demonstrations.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and their implementation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
