🎯 Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as HVAC Technician or similar role.
- EPA 608 certification (required).
- NATE certification or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
