Prepare work products and deal memos for investment committee.
Support asset management with committees, investors, PM, leasing, and accounting.
Analyze leasing, capex, and financing to inform business plans.
Support due diligence and closing for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
Conduct market research; maintain reports with sales and lease comps.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Real Estate.
Minimum of 1 year of applicable experience.
Advanced proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Microsoft Excel.
