📋 Description

  • Structure alliance agreements and commercial frameworks aligned with Adyen’s goals.
  • Identify scalable co-sell and co-market opportunities across regions.
  • Negotiate complex enterprise agreements with GSIs and consultants.
  • Drive partner recommendations and referrals to win new business.
  • Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, SDRs and account teams.
  • Coordinate the wider partnership team and resources for local impact.

This role is based out of our São Paulo office; office-first and no remote-only roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of working experience in a commercial/business development role.
  • Born networker with high energy, self-starter mindset and entrepreneurial edge.
  • Deep knowledge of the local market; able to devise innovative ways to reach goals.
  • Proven track record delivering results and building long-term relationships.
  • Storyteller with excellent presentation skills to convey propositions.
  • Available to work 3 days on site in Morumbi/SP.
