  • Build and maintain source-of-truth dashboards for funnel, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Partner with Commercial Ops, Analytics, and stakeholders to define core KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain ETLs, dashboards, and compensation reporting to track performance.
  • Analyze pro and customer funnel to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for roadmap planning.
  • Scope, prioritize, and drive analytical projects across multiple stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in analytics/ops/BI supporting GTM, service, or customer ops.
  • 3+ years of SQL experience in production (BigQuery preferred).
  • 3+ years of BI dashboards experience (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
  • Experience blending data across CRM, support, and people systems (Salesforce, Genesys, Workday).
  • Strong understanding of Service/Customer Service KPIs and framing analysis by business impact.
  • Excellent project management skills with JIRA, Asana, or similar; ability to manage multiple requests.
