π― Requirements
- 3β5+ years in analytics/ops/BI supporting GTM, service, or customer ops.
- 3+ years of SQL experience in production (BigQuery preferred).
- 3+ years of BI dashboards experience (Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
- Experience blending data across CRM, support, and people systems (Salesforce, Genesys, Workday).
- Strong understanding of Service/Customer Service KPIs and framing analysis by business impact.
- Excellent project management skills with JIRA, Asana, or similar; ability to manage multiple requests.
