Act as primary operational extension to the Senior Director of Commercial Operations.
Own reporting and analytics of core Sales Ops: pipeline, KPI, territory.
Prepare executive-ready materials for C-suite and Board.
Analyze large data sets to identify business trends.
Partner with Salesforce Manager to ensure data accuracy and cadence.
Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial reporting and forecast cadences.

🎯 Requirements

5–7+ years in Commercial Ops or Revenue Ops.
Strong background in sales reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
Salesforce Administrator (201) certification; advanced reporting.
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership.
Experience mentoring team members.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
