Administer and maintain the commercial team's tech stack (Looker, CRM, marketing tools).
Own Ethena's data warehouse, merging Salesforce/HubSpot data with product data.
Support rollout of new tools and processes to boost sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Engineering for scalable analytics insights.
Develop, track, and analyze key metrics to drive performance.
Implement automation to streamline lead management, pipeline, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

SQL excellence; translate complex data into insights.
Deep experience with CRMs, marketing automation, analytics, and sales enablement.
Looker or Tableau experience.
Proficient with Excel and data analysis.
Passion for data and accurate numbers.
Strong organization, prioritization, and autonomy.
Experience at a fast-growing startup.
