π― Requirements
- 2-4+ years in Commercial Operations or Revenue Operations at SaaS
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent admin experience)
- Experience managing CRM (Salesforce) with marketing automation and BI tools
- Understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle, and revenue reporting
- Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus
