Commercial Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and interpret reports and dashboards across Salesforce and Looker for audiences including Board, Investors, and C-Suite.
• Collect and synthesize data from multiple sources to tell a clear business story, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Partner with Commercial Operations leadership to provide data analysis and reporting to the Board, Investors, Executives and other stakeholders as needed.
• Define and track KPIs and metrics that measure commercial health, pipeline quality, and business performance.
• Build and automate recurring performance reports and board-level metrics.
• Serve as a data steward for Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and usability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
• Strong Salesforce user skills (reporting, dashboards, opportunity management).
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Skilled at bridging the gap between technical data and non-technical partners to drive alignment.
