- Own the day-to-day operational flow for customer commitments from setup to renewal.
- Partner with Retention teams to support execution, edge cases and needs.
- Collect, validate and track customer details, commercial terms and renewal dates.
- Manage monthly reviews of customer commitments, identify gaps and risks.
- Enforce policy when commitments are not met, including pricing updates.
- Support lifecycle pricing updates and governance decisions.
π― Requirements
- 4β6 years in Commercial Ops, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops or similar.
- Experience in FinTech, SaaS, payments or B2B tech.
- Strong operational, end-to-end process management with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with customer-facing teams such as CSMs, Account Managers or Sales.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets; Looker/Power BI a plus; Salesforce experience.
