πŸ“‹ Description

  • Own the day-to-day operational flow for customer commitments from setup to renewal.
  • Partner with Retention teams to support execution, edge cases and needs.
  • Collect, validate and track customer details, commercial terms and renewal dates.
  • Manage monthly reviews of customer commitments, identify gaps and risks.
  • Enforce policy when commitments are not met, including pricing updates.
  • Support lifecycle pricing updates and governance decisions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6 years in Commercial Ops, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops or similar.
  • Experience in FinTech, SaaS, payments or B2B tech.
  • Strong operational, end-to-end process management with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with customer-facing teams such as CSMs, Account Managers or Sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets; Looker/Power BI a plus; Salesforce experience.
