- Own and drive pricing strategy and deal structuring aligned with margins and market positioning.
- Review and approve commercial proposals, validating pricing, discounts, and terms per policy.
- Lead renewals and renegotiations to optimize revenue and customer lifetime value.
- Partner with Sales on complex deals, providing financial modeling and strategic guidance.
- Manage deal approvals end-to-end (intake, validation, stakeholder alignment, sign-off).
- On-site 4 days a week; remote on Friday (office in Brazil).
🎯 Requirements
- Background in Business, Finance, Economics; ecommerce/SaaS a plus.
- 3–5 years in Deal Desk, Pricing, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Commercial Finance.
- Excellent English communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Portuguese and Spanish proficiency a plus.
- On-site availability Mon-Thu in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo.
- Experience with CRM and CLM systems.
