- Practical knowledge of email marketing ecosystems and data-driven advertising
- Commercially-minded with a track record of meeting goals
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA and data privacy frameworks
- Excellent collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
