📋 Description

  • Prepare loan documents for a range of non‑complex commercial loans.
  • Ensure documents align with approvals, policies, and regulations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily doc activities via LOS and SharePoint.
  • Escalate and resolve doc issues with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and staff to gather information.
  • Assist in training on loan docs processes, systems, and templates.

🎯 Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Entry-level experience with loan documents; complex docs preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Knowledge of LaserPro, LOS, SharePoint, and MS Office.
  • Understand loan documentation structures; review approvals and due diligence for accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
