📋 Description

• Serve as commercial counsel for vendor and general contracts from inception to execution.
• Negotiate SaaS, data, and other third‑party agreements to move deals forward.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Product, and Finance on risk and goals.
• Draft and review MSA, licenses, SOWs, DPAs, and other procurement contracts.
• Drive efficient deal flow via tickets and tools like Zip and Ironclad.
• Help build scalable playbooks, templates, and training for teams.

🎯 Requirements

• JD with active state bar membership (NY/CA preferred).
• 5+ years in transactional tech and commercial contracts (SaaS, data).
• Experience drafting/negotiating complex SaaS/tech/data contracts with regulated industries.
• Strong negotiator for fast-moving deals; analytical with high EQ.
• Comfort with privacy, security, and DPAs; collaborate with SMEs.
• Can-do mindset; ownership to drive matters from start to finish.
• High standards and collaboration with a high-performing team.
