  • Lead audit calibration to reduce bias; manage selection, broker acknowledgments.
  • Manage and investigate customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Formulate and review leadership dashboards; update audit processes.
  • Identify gaps and develop training materials to improve broking performance.
  • Partner with Practice Leaders, PM, Underwriting, and Finance to improve processes.
  • Attend monthly team meetings to share feedback and roll out learning tools.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years of Quality Control in insurance; Commercial Insurance preferred.
  • RIBO license preferred; CAIB/CIP designation asset.
  • Proven audits experience; training materials and process docs.
  • Strong QA analytics; manage multiple projects independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.
