Perform routine maintenance and inspections for optimal performance.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment.
Replace or repair motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
Communicate findings and recommendations with clients and team.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
4+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
EPA 608 certification.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
