Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, heat pumps)
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Replace defective components (motors, compressors, fans, thermostats)
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
Ensure safety, building codes, and company policies

🎯 Requirements

4+ years HVAC Service Technician experience
EPA 608 certification (required)
Read/interpret technical documents and blueprints
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
