Commercial HVAC Tech

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment (rooftop units, boilers)
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to sustain performance.
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
• Repair or replace worn components—motors, compressors, fans, thermostats
• Work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Log all work with tasks, parts installed, and system conditions

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training/certification preferred
• 4+ years HVAC service tech or related experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and components
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel to jobs
