Commercial HVAC Tech

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and inspections to sustain performance and extend life.
• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults across HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace worn or failed components — motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, and more.
• Work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Keep customers and teammates up to date on service findings and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.
• 4+ years in an HVAC service technician role or closely related position.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
