📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to sustain system performance.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals; troubleshoot faults across HVAC systems.
• Replace worn components and install parts as needed.
• Document work findings and recommendations; communicate with customers.
• Follow safety standards and building codes on every job.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training or certification preferred.
• 4+ years HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• NATE certification or comparable credential preferred.
