Commercial HVAC Service Technician

📋 Description

• Service and repair HVAC equipment: rooftops, split systems, boilers, chillers, heat pumps.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections to maximize performance and life.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across HVAC systems.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Complete accurate service records of work performed, parts installed, and status.
• Up to $42/hour depending on experience and qualifications.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training or certification a plus.
• 4+ years of field experience as HVAC Service Technician.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.
• Clear communicator with strong customer-facing instincts.
