Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including rooftop units and split systems
Perform routine maintenance and inspections for optimal performance
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment
Replace or repair defective components like motors, compressors, and thermostats
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with clients and team

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred
4+ years as HVAC service technician or similar
Strong HVAC, electrical, and mechanical knowledge
EPA 608 certification required
Able to read technical docs and blueprints
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
