Diagnose/repair HVAC systems (rooftop units, split, boilers, chillers, heat pumps)
Perform routine maintenance and inspections for optimal performance
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment
Replace/repair motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals
Communicate service findings to clients and team

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred
2+ years HVAC service experience
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical & mechanical components
EPA 608 certification required
Read/interpret technical documents and blueprints
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
