Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, heat pumps)
Perform routine maintenance and inspections for optimal performance
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment
Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, thermostats
Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and team; maintain records

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC cert preferred
4+ years HVAC service experience
Strong HVAC, electrical and mechanical knowledge
EPA 608 certification required
Ability to read technical docs and blueprints
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service; valid driver's license; travel
