Commercial HVAC Service Technician

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment.
• Replace or repair motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Communicate findings with clients and team; maintain service records.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• 4+ years of experience as HVAC Service Technician or similar.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 certification (required).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
