Perform routine maintenance and inspections for optimal performance.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment.
Replace or repair defective components (motors, compressors, fans, thermostats).
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
Communicate service findings clearly with clients and team.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC cert/training preferred.
4+ years HVAC service experience.
Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
EPA 608 certification required.
Ability to read and interpret technical docs/blueprints.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
