🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5–7 years HVAC field experience, with 2+ years in supervisory/lead role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, blueprint reading, and mechanical code
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
