📋 Description

  • Identify and pursue opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to understand needs and budgets; recommend HVAC solutions.
  • Develop detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts; present solutions clearly.
  • Partner with technicians, PMs, and estimators to ensure accurate scope and pricing.
  • Serve as primary client contact; build long-term relationships and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a customer-first approach.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of HVAC sales or related technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and service offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a passion for helping customers and driving results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
