📋 Description

  • Identify and pursue opportunities; generate new business via cold calls, referrals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years HVAC or related tech sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, installs, services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented with customer-focused drive.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
