Perform routine HVAC maintenance on rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
Replace or repair motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
Communicate service findings with clients and team members.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and conditions.
Ensure safety standards and building codes are met.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC cert/technical training preferred.
2+ years HVAC experience.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and components.
EPA 608 certification (required).
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
