Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems (rooftop units, boilers, chillers).
Replace or repair defective motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
Communicate service findings with clients and team.
Maintain records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and codes.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of HVAC experience
EPA 608 certification (required)
NATE certification or equivalent
Valid driver's license and travel to job sites
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred
