Remove and replace commercial HVAC equipment: furnaces, air conditioners, chillers, rooftop units.
Install VAV and VRF systems with advanced building controls.
Run low-voltage control wiring and complete rough-in work.
Assist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation as needed.
Follow all applicable codes and regulations.
Communicate with customers on-site to explain work.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and manufacturer docs.
Able to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces.
Strong troubleshooting for installation challenges.
EPA Universal certification required.
OSHA 10 required.
