- Communicate with customers on-site to explain work.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and manufacturer docs.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces.
- Solid troubleshooting instincts when installation challenges arise.
- EPA Universal certification required.
- OSHA 10 required.
