Remove and replace commercial HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, chillers, rooftop units.
Install VAV and VRF systems with modern building controls.
Run low-voltage control wiring and perform rough-in work.
Assist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation.
Follow all applicable codes and regulations.
Communicate with customers on-site to explain work.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and manufacturer docs.
Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment, and work in confined spaces.
Solid troubleshooting instincts for installation challenges.
EPA Universal certification.
OSHA 10 certification.
