📋 Description

  • Identify and pursue opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Consult and recommend HVAC solutions based on on-site assessments and client needs.
  • Create and present detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts with clear scope and pricing.
  • Collaborate across teams (technicians, PMs, estimators) for accurate scoping and pricing.
  • Build lasting relationships; serve as primary client contact before, during, and after sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through planning, strategy, and customer focus.
  • Stay informed on HVAC tech, trends, and competitors to stay competitive.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years HVAC sales or related technical sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, installation, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; close deals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented with passion for helping customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
