🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years HVAC sales or related technical sales experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, installation, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; close deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented with passion for helping customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
