🎯 Requirements

- 4+ years HVAC service experience
- Strong HVAC, electrical, and mechanical knowledge
- EPA 608 certification required
- Read and interpret technical docs and blueprints
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service
- Valid driver's license; travel to job sites
