🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of HVAC or technical sales
  • Solid understanding of commercial HVAC equipment, systems
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel for client meetings
