  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Ops, Marketing and Product to evaluate partner strategies.
  • Serve as primary finance partner for key commercial decisions; align with objectives and risk.
  • Challenge assumptions, pressure-test proposals, and explain growth vs. margin vs risk.
  • Own customer, product, and channel profitability analysis; identify drivers.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs: revenue quality, partner contribution, deal economics, margin.
  • Create executive-ready narratives explaining business drivers.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in Commercial Finance, FP&A, IB, consulting, or related roles.
  • Proven track record supporting channel/partner/indirect GTM models in B2B, fintech, SaaS.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with bias toward action.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or CFA a plus.
  • Advanced Excel modeling; PowerPoint fluency; BI tools and large datasets.
