- Strong analytical mindset and ability to explore data independently.
- Experience with CRM data structures (e.g., Salesforce) and extracting insights.
- Hands-on automation/integration experience (Zapier, Make, APIs, scripts).
- Experience applying AI tools to improve workflows and analysis.
- Fluent English.
