Draft and update employment agreements, offer letters, and separation docs.
Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to cross-functional teams.
Develop contract templates, playbooks, and processes for efficiency.
Hybrid role located in the New York office; collaborate with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Tech.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years' experience as attorney in large firm or in-house.
JD from an accredited law school.
Active NY Bar membership required.
Excellent drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
Strong business-minded risk assessment and advice.
Highly organized with multi-project management.
