  • 5+ years in consulting, CS mgmt, and tech account mgmt; SaaS/iPaaS preferred
  • Experience in integration and/or business automation
  • Understanding of large, multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Knowledge of HR/Finance/Marketing/Sales/Post-Sales processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; problem solving
