๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead Implementations: Own onboarding from hand-off to go-live for commercial accounts.
  • Technical Configuration & Setup: Hands-on configurations, system integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Customer Training: Conduct training sessions and create enablement materials.
  • Account & Project Management: Manage accounts and multiple onboardings; coordinate tasks.
  • Product Knowledge & Guidance: Develop deep product knowledge for guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales/Product/Engineering to streamline processes.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Based in San Francisco; Hybrid (in office 2-3 days per week).
  • 3-5 years in customer-facing implementation/onboarding or technical account management with SaaS.
  • Experience in IAM/IT/Security or adjacent spaces is a plus.
  • Proven track record onboarding multiple customers with integrations.
  • Strong project management; able to juggle priorities and keep implementations on track; hands-on with product configuration and APIs.
  • Excellent communication; self-starter; cross-functional work; deliver exceptional customer experiences.
